i've just stumbled across your blog and as a non-binary person myself i'd like to thank you so much for creating it! even though the sims4 has only few limits as far as gender expression goes, it's still great to see those limits get stretched by cc creators, to allow more freedom of self expression in the game. idk if you've already rebloged this kind of cc but i'd really love to have typicaly 'female' lingerie (that's also available) for male-framed sims in my game. like cute undies and suspenders and a cute (lace) bra. do u know of any cc that could fit this description? thank u so much for your work, have a nice day 🌻

Hey!! Ok, so, this ask has been sitting here a while (oops), but I think I have some resources for you now!

I now have an "S4 Lingerie" tag which you can look through, and which I will add (albeit fairly tame content) to over time. However, I think you could find a lot of content that you're looking for at magnetic-sims4; they create a lot of feminine lingerie for the masculine frame! I think their content is specifically created for masculine-framed male sims, but I'll always recommend using Sims 4 Studio to mess with frame/gender restrictions and seeing what works for personal use.

Hi👋. I have a question about your cc but I'm not sure how to ask it. I downloaded the bg valentine overrides, and put it in my mods folder but didn't see it (even when repairing and updating the game as well). Also in your bg sleepwear cc you said "be sure to remove old versions of bg underwear, nightgown and the lace top bralette replacement if you download overrides as you can only have one replacement per item." Obviously in the base game for the females, once you remove their top or bottom they will have on a default orange bra and pantie. Since the orange bra & panties are in the bg, how would I make the bg valentine lingerie an override for the females? Also is there a way to make the bg valentine for females only, because I think your download comes as a set of 2 (for males & females) in 1 download file - and I rly don't want my male Sims wearing the panties. Pls help...thx

I'll try to separate this answer to different parts to make things easier! 👼🏼

1. The lacy valentine lingerie overrides the valentine lingerie, which is a different file than the one sim has on when you take their clothes off. The pink-orange or salmon colored lingerie is called Underwear Sexy in the game files, and I have done two replacements for it here or here.

2. "Be sure to remove old versions of bg underwear, nightgown and the lace top bralette replacement if you download overrides as you can only have one replacement per item" means if you have my old versions of replacements for these clothes I have done before, you have to delete them to use the new ones. If you have not downloaded them before you have nothing to worry about!

3. You need the valentine update from 2015 for the valentine lingerie replacement to show up. You should have it unless you have a very very old pirated version of the game.

4. The male panties are not allowed on random so you only see them on CAS, but you can remove them by unmerging the file on Sims 4 Studio if you don't want them in your game at all!
